About Us
Property and Campus Services (PCS) manages, develops and operates facilities and property across the University’s Parkville, Southbank, Werribee, Burnley, Dookie and Creswick campuses.
Our purpose is to provide a world-class sustainable campus environment for University students, staff and alumni.
As a team of around 200, we offer a range of facilities and asset management services including property acquisition, planning, construction and maintenance, as well as exercising security, transport and sustainability responsibilities.
PCS actively supports the University’s aim to halve its carbon emissions by 2015.
Working in partnership with the University community, government and property sectors, we have introduced a number of changes to the University environment, from the way buildings are designed to how space is utilised, and will continue to pursue this important issue in the years ahead.
